We began the project by mapping all of Newport Art Museum’s digital infrastructure and processes (left), and creating a new infrastructure plan (right).
From there, we redesigned and redeveloped the museum website, including a brand refresh, and added a vast array of e-commerce and membership functionality. The new site includes event registration, education program registration, donations, and robust membership purchasing and management. In addition, we designed a new CRM in Salesforce, and created integrations between the website and the CRM that significantly improved the operations of the museum.
Note: this project was completed in 2018, when our company name was Work-Shop Design Studio.
